The Watchung Arts Center reserves the right to cancel a class with low enrollment or to make changes in scheduling.
Three or more weeks prior to start of classes, full refund less $25 registration fee. Up to 2 weeks prior to start of classes, 50% refund.
By checking this box, you, and on behalf of your child, as a condition of attending or participating in a Watchung Arts Center class, hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the Board of the Watchung Arts Center, its officers, its employees, agents, representatives, teachers and assigns (“the Releasees”), of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating to COVID-19.
You, and on behalf of your child, understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the Releasees, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any WAC-related activity.
My child has attended a summer camp or art class at the Watchung Arts Center before.
