The Watchung Arts Center reserves the right to cancel a class with low enrollment or to make changes in scheduling.
Three or more weeks prior to start of classes, full refund less $25 registration fee. Up to 2 weeks prior to start of classes there is NO refund.

Anyone who does not submit payment in the next step is NOT considered registered and will not be added to the class roster until payment is complete.
